Stay informed on the latest paid search trends, tools, and technologies to maintain competitive advantage and campaign effectiveness. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to build expertise and ensure best practices are followed across the paid search portfolio. Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing large‑scale paid search campaigns, preferably within performance‑driven environments. Proven proficiency with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms; certification preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience leveraging automation tools and scripting to optimize campaign management and reporting efficiency.
