Company Description Amberjack is a fast-growing DTC footwear brand. We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to help lead customer acquisition and retention. We’re a small, scrappy team based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. What You’ll Do Help lead marketing strategy end-to-end Scale and optimize paid media (Meta, Google, etc.) Lead creative testing and messaging Track performance, set targets, and drive results What We’re Looking For 1-4 years in DTC growth or performance marketing Strong paid media and analytics experience Hands-on, data-driven, and execution-focused Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team Compensation & Benefits $70-110k salary Eligible for annual cash bonus Equity in the company via stock options Fully covered health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible work environment: 3 days / week in office, 20 days PTO, 4 weeks fully remote #J-18808-Ljbffr
