The long-term goal of the role would be to grow into a senior operational leader within the firm.What You'll Do:Provide operational and executive support to leadership, assisting them with daily management priorities and follow-throughCoordinate billing and accounts payable processes, assist with vendor relationships, and help resolve operational issuesWork to improve internal workflows, Salesforce administration, the client experience, and the firm's broader software/technology processesAssist with operational preparation for surge review seasons and provide light marketing and project coordination supportAssist the operations team with client account administrationProcess account openings, maintenance requests, updatesWork closely with custodians and platform providers such as Charles Schwab, Nationwide, and College AmericaWhat You Bring :Bachelors Degree PreferredWhy join Hughes Financial Services?Join a team that is passionate about helping clients achieve financial confidence and independence.
