FOH SUPERVISOR– Maple House

Location: Monmouth County, NJ

Maple House is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Supervisor to lead the front-of-house operations of our fast-growing breakfast and lunch restaurant.

You will be responsible for overseeing all daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, developing team members, and maintaining high operational standards. This individual will directly manage all front-of-house staff

Responsibilities

• Lead all front-of-house operations, including servers, hosts, runners, bussers, and baristas

• Hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant staff

• Create and manage employee schedules

• Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality

• Monitor labor costs and restaurant profitability

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards

• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally

• Work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure food quality, ticket times, and operational efficiency

• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

• Conduct pre-shift meetings and foster a positive team culture

• Assist ownership in achieving sales and operational goals

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience required

• Previous experience preferred

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Experience managing high-volume breakfast, brunch, or casual dining operations preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient with POS systems and restaurant reporting tools
