Soake Pools is looking for an experienced, relationship-driven sales professional to lead and grow our New York territory.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for opportunities to arrive. We are looking for someone who enjoys building a market, developing relationships, getting in front of customers and partners, and creating opportunities.

Soake Pools designs and manufactures precast plunge pools that combine the beauty of a traditional pool with a smaller footprint. As we continue to grow nationally, New York represents an important opportunity for our business, and we are looking for the right person to own that market.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for developing the Soake Pools business throughout New York, working directly with homeowners while building strong relationships with landscape architects, landscape designers, builders, pool professionals and other industry partners.

Success in this role means being visible in your territory. You’ll spend time meeting customers, visiting partners, developing new relationships, following up consistently and identifying opportunities to introduce Soake Pools to new audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

* Develop and execute a sales strategy for the New York territory

* Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, landscape professionals, builders and other key partners

* Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities

* Respond quickly and thoughtfully to inbound opportunities

* Create your own activity through calls, outreach, networking and in-person meetings

* Conduct customer consultations and guide prospective customers through the Soake Pools sales process

* Visit existing and prospective partners throughout the territory

* Develop new trade and referral relationships

* Maintain consistent follow-up throughout longer sales cycles

* Accurately manage opportunities, activities and next steps in HubSpot

* Collaborate closely with Soake Pools’ Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success teams

* Represent Soake Pools at industry events, trade shows and partner meetings

* Meet both sales goals and clearly defined activity expectations

Who We’re Looking For

The right person is proactive, organized and comfortable creating their own momentum.

You don’t need to know everything about plunge pools on day one. We will teach you the product, our process and the industry. What is harder to teach is curiosity, initiative, follow-through and the willingness to get out into the market and build relationships.

You may be a strong fit if you:

* Have experience in territory sales, business development or relationship-based selling

* Enjoy prospecting and developing new business

* Are comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations

* Prefer meeting customers and partners in person rather than managing everything from behind a desk

* Can balance inbound opportunities with proactive business development

* Are organized and disciplined about follow-up

* Are comfortable being accountable for both activity and results

* Can work independently while remaining highly connected to a collaborative team

* Communicate professionally with both homeowners and trade professionals

* Are comfortable traveling regularly throughout New York

Experience in the outdoor living, landscape architecture, design, construction, luxury home, pool or building industries is helpful, but not required.
