Marketing Associate

This part-time position has a variety of responsibilities and reports into the Director of Marketing Primary Responsibilities: Assists the Director of Marketing in developing and executing marketing policies, programs and campaigns for the entire organization. Assist in the production of new business proposals and onscreen presentations for all offices ensuring brand and corporate uniformity. Publish social media content on company platforms and assist in content creation. Maintain standard company brochures, implement changes and revise as needed for market specific packages. Support project teams with ad hoc requests. Update miscellaneous company marketing materials as necessary. Maintains brand standards including ensuring all types of communication meets those standards Assist with digital marketing strategy, website content and email campaigns Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar. At least five years\' experience in a corporate Marketing department. Comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, while thriving on tight deadlines and changing needs Knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong time management and organizational abilities.
