This is a highly visible leadership role with the ability to influence financial strategy, support operational decisionmaking, and partner directly with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager Role:
•Lead and develop a team of five finance professionals, setting priorities and providing mentorship
•Oversee the global budgeting process, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy
•Provide financial leadership in cost accounting, including manufacturing variances, margin analysis, and inventory reporting
•Analyze financial data to support pricing strategies, product costing, capital investments, and new product development
•Develop and deliver management and boardlevel financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs
•Partner crossfunctionally with operations, supply chain, and leadership to drive informed decisionmaking
•Monitor financial performance trends and identify risks and opportunities
•Support continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting, and analytical processes
Requirements for the FP&A Manager Role:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
•7+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience with prior leadership experience
•Prior experience in manufacturing or a productbased environment preferred
