As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sun08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare setting. Respond to incidents, behavioral health-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; assist with directing individuals and reporting unauthorized access or suspicious activity. Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents, patrols, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: A Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
