Customer Service Rep

Domino's Pizza in Saint Louis is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 5421 Chippewa St location. As a vital member of our crew, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers have a great experience while interacting with our brand across various touchpoints.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Processing cash and credit card transactions with precision
• Assisting in pizza preparation and other food-related tasks as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
• Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 lbs. when necessary
• Adhering to company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standards

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
