Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify business challenges, trends, and opportunities for process improvement. Develop detailed business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications for system enhancements and process changes. Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions. Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations that drive business performance. Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track key business outcomes. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions to align teams and ensure successful project execution. Lead and mentor junior business analysts, providing guidance and best practices for business analysis methodologies. Ensure compliance with data governance and business process standards. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
