Job Overview

Truck Country is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our Corporate Office team. If you enjoy working with data, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in accuracy, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

Process weekly payroll for multiple company divisions
Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations
Prepare payroll reports, tax deductions, PTO accruals, and benefit deductions
Assist employees and managers with payroll-related questions
Process wage garnishments and payroll-related journal entries
Support payroll process improvements and departmental initiatives
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information

What We’re Looking For

Previous payroll experience or a 2-year Accounting degree
Knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and basic accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with spreadsheets and computer applications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
