Job Requirements: Operate Motoman robotic welding equipment while performing manual MIG welding as needed. Load materials into fixtures using an overhead crane and prepare equipment for production. Set up welding programs, verify machine settings, and complete first-piece inspections. Inspect finished welds for quality using visual inspections and measuring equipment. Complete production documentation while maintaining quality and safety standards. $17-$27 per hour 1st shift- 5:00am to 2:30pm, Monday Friday 2nd shift- 3:00pm to 1:30am, Monday Friday +$1 shift differential Benefits: 100% Company-Paid Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, HSA with Company Contribution, 401k, Paid Holidays, and Paid Vacation.
