Registered Nurse (RN) Oncology
If you are passionate about providing compassionate care to cancer patients, join us as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Oncology. In this role, you will support patients undergoing cancer treatments while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other oncology treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients for side effects or complications related to cancer treatments and provide appropriate interventions.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medication management, and coping strategies during recovery.
- Collaborate with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during challenging situations.
- Document patient progress accurately in medical records while adhering to regulatory standards.
Work Environment:
