The salary range for this role is USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. A sign-on bonus is also available for new hires.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to accurately identify their needs and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique requirements.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, depending on client needs.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other interdisciplinary professionals to conduct case reviews and ensure a coordinated approach to client care.

• Offer crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, leveraging your skills to provide immediate support and stabilization.

Qualifications\n
