We are seeking a motivated, customer-centric Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing dealership team. In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchasing process. You will turn prospects into buyers by listening to their needs, matching them with the perfect vehicle, and delivering an exceptional, seamless buying experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a competitive drive to hit monthly sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet showroom visitors and lot customers warmly to build immediate rapport and establish long-term trust.
• Needs Assessment: Ask strategic questions to understand each customer's specific vehicle requirements, preferences, and financial budget.
• Product Demonstration: Showcase vehicle lines, explain advanced features, capabilities, warranties, and competitive advantages.
• Test Drives: Arrange and accompany customers on vehicle test drives while ensuring all safety protocols and driver documentation are secured.
• Deal Negotiation: Overcome objections and negotiate fair pricing, trade-in values, and sales contracts to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and profit targets.
• Finance Liaison: Collaborate with the Finance Department to explain basic leasing, financing options, and extended warranty programs to buyers.
• Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Utilize the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to log activities, manage internet leads, and follow up with past buyers for repeat business.
• Showroom Maintenance: Assist in the presentation and staging of vehicle displays on the sales floor and lot.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in business or marketing is a plus.
• Experience: Proven track record in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality. Prior automotive sales experience is highly preferred but not required. Must be 21 years old or older.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
