NOW HIRING: General Labor & Machine Operators

$16.00 PER HOUR | 4-DAY WORKWEEK | TEMP-TO-HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Looking for steady work, a consistent schedule, and the opportunity to become a permanent employee? Minutemen Staffing is hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for General Labor and Machine Operator positions .

PAY & SCHEDULE

A Shift

• Monday through Thursday
• 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• $16.00 per hour

B Shift

• Monday through Thursday
• 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM
• $16.00 per hour

Work Monday through Thursday and enjoy Fridays off!

GENERAL LABOR DUTIES

General Laborers help keep production running efficiently. Responsibilities may include:

• Loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Assisting machine operators
• Assembly and packaging
• Sorting and recycling materials
• Inspecting products for quality
• Keeping production areas clean and organized
• Following workplace safety procedures
• Helping with other production duties as needed

MACHINE OPERATOR DUTIES

Machine Operators help produce quality parts and products while keeping production moving safely.

Responsibilities may include:

• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Loading materials into machines
• Monitoring machines during production
• Inspecting finished products for quality
• Reporting equipment or production issues
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Meeting production and quality expectations
• Following all safety procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Dependable and reliable attendance
• Ability to arrive to work on time
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is helpful, but experience is not required for all positions .

This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity . Employees who demonstrate dependable attendance, good performance, safe work practices, and a positive attitude may be considered for permanent employment after approximately 90 days .
