Role Description The Manufactured Home Community Regional Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Huntsville Alabama area. This role oversees multiple communities, ensuring efficient operations, strong resident satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising community managers and staff, monitoring occupancy and revenue, coordinating maintenance and capital improvements, and addressing resident concerns in a timely, professional manner. The Regional Manager will review financial performance, prepare reports, assist with budgets, and implement strategies to improve profitability and community standards. The role also involves collaborating with leadership on marketing initiatives, enforcing safety and property guidelines, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment across all communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in property or community management, preferably within manufactured home communities, multifamily housing, or residential real estate.
• Background in regional or multi-site leadership, including supervising teams, setting goals, and driving consistent performance across locations.
• Strong skills in operations management, including budgeting, financial reporting, vendor coordination, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in resident relations, conflict resolution, and customer service, with the ability to build trust and maintain a respectful, inclusive community environment.
• Ability to plan and oversee maintenance, capital projects, and safety initiatives to maintain well-kept, compliant properties.
• Comfort with basic technology tools and property management software; ability to analyze data and use metrics to guide decisions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple communities.
• Willingness to travel regularly between communities within the area and work on-site as needed.
