Responsibilities: Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet guests warmly and efficiently handle the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a smooth experience for every guest. Reservation Management: Manage room availability and open availability to ensure maximum occupancy. Assist with room assignments and resolve any booking issues. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, handling requests, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner. Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, process payments, and maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Hotel Operations: Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests and the property is well-maintained. Qualifications: Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred. Strong communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
