Financial Analyst

I'm hiring for a client in the healthcare services industry that is seeking a driven Financial Analyst to join their growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with leadership, influencing business decisions, and partnering across departments in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Analyze financial performance and provide variance analysis Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and KPIs Present financial insights and recommendations to business leaders and executives Partner with operations and leadership teams to improve financial performance Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required Master's degree preferred 1+ year of corporate finance, FP&A, budgeting, or forecasting experience Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Comfortable presenting to leadership and executive-level stakeholders ERP system experience is a plus Healthcare industry exposure is a plus Why Consider This Opportunity?
