Your Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical lab tests including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, while adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and conduct preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Keep detailed documentation of all procedures, train new staff or students, and uphold quality standards within the lab environment.
• Ensure a clean and safe workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained no later than one year after hire.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your employment with us.
