Retail Warehouse Operations ManagerThis Retail Warehouse Operations Manager, under the direction of the Merchandise Operations Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and directing the day-to-day aspects of all merchandise warehouse operations at ATT Stadium.Essential FunctionsManage and receive all inbound goods within a 24-hour periodSupervise and lead a team of 15-20 merchandise staff members during peak seasonEnsure team executes quality checks on inbound products, verifying UPC/RFID and retail pricingEnsure Inbound shortages, damages, overages are managed in a timely and accurate mannerDrive continuous improvement by coaching team members to ensure standards of excellence.Manage and build game/event day schedules, managing hours and any potential overtimeManage inventory splits and pulls to ensure stores/kiosks are stockedDetailed organization skills with all inventory managementCreate Standard Operating ProceduresManage monthly inventory counts/process of stores and kiosksAssist with the preparation of the annual fiscal budget and business plan for the upcoming season.Manage weekly labor budget and overtimeDrive continuous improvement to ensure customer experience is excellentAble to communicate with management on concentrated areas of operationLead staff, proper onboarding/training of game/event responsibilitiesPerform other functions and activities as directed by the Assistant Director/Director of MerchandiseQualificationsCollege degree preferredRelevant experience with inventory distribution and control in a high-volume environment preferred.POS experience is preferredAble to learn new programs and procedures quickly.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.Able to work well within a team environmentAble to work nights, weekends, & HolidaysCompensationCompetitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.Working ConditionsLocation: On Site University of Nebraska Lincoln, NEPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
