Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Harmony Fields Counseling, you will:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring clients feel comfortable and engaged.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients' needs to create customized treatment plans that address both immediate concerns and long-term goals.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused interventions to support clients in their healing process.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and specialists within the organization, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment that addresses clients' diverse needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation and progress notes compliant with state and federal regulations, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to streamline the process.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
