Program Manager

Program Manager position driving execution and coordination of major distribution network optimization projects. Role involves managing project schedules, budgets, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder reporting while supporting global operations across multiple sites and regions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master project schedules, budgets, and governance using standard project management tools
• Coordinate communication between cross-functional, cross-site, and cross-region team members via dashboards and regular updates
• Manage project risks, mitigation plans, and resource allocation to support strategic implementation
• Track global product demand versus capacity versus project schedule; escalate gaps to leadership
• Lead technical transfer processes, change management, and knowledge transfer activities across project phases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering
• Minimum 6 years progressive supply chain operations leadership experience
• Minimum 3 years managing projects in distribution, supply chain, or program management roles in biotech/pharma/device/diagnostic industries
• Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change in global business environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across organizational levels
• Analytical and problem-solving skills including financial analyses and risk mitigation
• Ability to work effectively across different cultures and manage exempt-level personnel
