Position Profile The Recruiter provides a variety of functions within our talent management team to include serving as a resource for applicant inquiries, providing information about various roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs, conducting interviews and applicant screenings, talent sourcing, job offer placement and performing various administrative duties within the HR department. Responsibilities Serves as resource for employment opportunities at HOV. Conducts initial applicant screening. Manages applicant tracking data in software system. Conducts effective talent sourcing. Provides back-up support for new hire/onboarding. Maintains and enhances professional skills. Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct. Minimum Qualifications Minimum five years working with persons with dementia. Advanced knowledge in the care of patients with dementia and delirium. Advanced knowledge in the optimal design of educational programs and facilities to meet the needs of persons living with dementia. Knowledge of federal and state regulations as they apply to healthcare. Understanding of or ability to learn about HOV’s mission, philosophies, services and programs. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience with screening/interviewing job applicants and a demonstrated ability to accurately assess talent. Previous experience with talent sourcing including online recruitment, resume mining and social media. Healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred.
