Industrial Athletic Trainer

Responsibilities Lead stretching routines and workout classes throughout the day. Conduct both onsite and offsite sessions across multiple districts. May travel between districts/sites using company vehicles and transport workout/recovery equipment. Support includes group warmups, mobility sessions, recovery education, and general movement improvement initiatives. Equipment used includes foam rollers, therabands, and similar recovery/mobility tools. Will regularly present to and engage with employees across the organization. Candidate Profile Looking for someone with a proactive, relationship-driven approach who can motivate participation in voluntary wellness programs. Experience working with large groups is strongly preferred over primarily 1-on-1 training backgrounds. Ideal candidates can effectively engage utility/industrial workforces and build credibility with field employees. Utility, tactical, or physically demanding industry experience is a plus. Kinesiology or related background preferred. Preferred Certifications TSAC certification also viewed favorably.
