Engineering Program Manager – Factory Services Job Summary: This role is responsible for leading multiple project teams and managing activities of supporting teams and internal development partners, overseeing logistics of parts for builds and prototypes. The role applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues, leverages it to drive innovation and technology integration, manages project activities, develops schedules, tracks progress, and drives best practices while leading less‑experienced staff members. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for all requests supporting Factory Services. Serve as the customer interface for all Factory Service requests, regularly communicating with customers and sales teams to ensure flawless execution of customers’ requests. Manage strategic projects to increase process efficiency. Lead team development, reporting business results and strategic plans to Director/VP level leadership. Manage and lead a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive engineering development and implementation for Factory Service offerings. Oversee logistics of parts for builds and prototypes, working on multiple projects simultaneously. Develop and direct schedules and critical deliverables for assigned customer requests. Manage activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners, ensuring progress against established plans and making adjustments to schedule and resource allocation as needed. Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborate with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and product roadmaps. Follow up on open points/actions observed during customer requests, ensuring they are conveyed as actionable items. Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing and/or engineering organization. Drive best practices through documentation control policies and procedures. Lead and provide guidance and mentoring to less‑experienced staff members. Education & Experience Recommended: Four‑year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically 7–10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software packages, people management, or a related field. Pay & Benefits The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually, with additional opportunities for bonus and/or equity (United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
