Your Role Deliver flawless waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax®. Build strong guest relationships and drive retail product sales through education and personalized recommendations. Meet and exceed monthly service, rebooking and product sales goals. Create a memorable guest experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals. Meet cleanliness and sanitation standards What You Bring Valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License (required). A passion for skincare and a talent for upselling and cross-selling. Paid Leave Oregon (PLO): Participation in the state-mandated wage-replacement program for family, medical, or safe leave. Health & Wellness: Eligible for group medical, dental, and vision insurance the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Retirement: Eligible to participate in the company 401(k) plan.
