Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:
Machine Operation: Set up and run stamping or press equipment safely.
Quality Control: Inspect finished metal parts to make sure they match drawings and meet quality standards.
Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and pack parts for shipping.
This fast-paced, hands-on role requires loading raw materials, monitoring machines, checking product quality, and meeting daily production quotas.
Maintenance: Perform minor repairs and keep the machine and work area clean.

Job Environment:
Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Expect long hours and potential mandatory overtime to meet industry demands.

This Job Requires:
Ability to perform basic tasks like reading and counting.
Can lift up to 20-50 pounds.
Ability to stand for long hours (often 10-to-12-hour shifts.
Teamwork and cooperative mindset.
Punctual and ready to work.
Previous factory or machine operation experience is helpful.
Adhere to all safety rules, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) like steel-toed boots and safety glasses.
