Remote Industrial Infrastructure Account Manager

Position Overview Siemens is looking for an experienced Account Manager focused on selling the Smart Infrastructure (SI) Systems Portfolio of products and services in the industrial power market. The role involves building strong customer relationships and winning Switchgear projects with industrial end‑users, utilities, and industrial contractors/EPCs in the Western US. The position reports to the West Region Sales Director and requires a strong background in power distribution equipment/switchgear sales for Industrial Power and Utility applications. Key responsibilities include growth of assigned account base, development and delivery of sales strategies for those accounts, and collaboration with other Siemens sales teams. The candidate must effectively sell at several organizational levels, including engineering, purchasing, operations, maintenance, plant management, and corporate executives. This is a remote role in Colorado, Utah, or Wyoming. Role Description Employ Siemens’ global reach to influence decisions on projects that deliver solutions to U.S. customers. Guide the development and execution of strategic account plans for industrial and utility customers to achieve business goals. Build collaborative project capture account teams and coordinate activities. Apply industry expertise to guide customer planning and budgeting on product and electrical system sales. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of successful sales experience in Industrial Transmission & Distribution applications, including Medium & Low Voltage Switchgear, Panel Boards, and Switchboards, with a proven record of revenue growth and closing orders at key accounts. Ability to travel up to 50%, primarily throughout Arizona. Must be 18 years old and possess a valid U.S. driver's license with limited violations. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Preferred Qualifications Engineering degree preferred.
