Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

The Landings of Canton Hills as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in Canton, GA, where you will provide essential support to individuals in their daily living activities, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.
Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Help with mobility and transferring clients safely.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition or needs to supervisors.
Follow care plans and adhere to all safety and confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in personal care or related field is a plus.
Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to and from job location in Canton, GA.
