NC & Virginia Licensed Mental Health Teletherapist (LCSW or LPC)

Teletherapist (child, family, adult) Full-time, Part-Time (minimum of 7 sessions per week) We are looking for licensed LCSW, LPC, or LCP professionals in Virginia (and North Carolina) to provide teletherapy to clients across Virginia and beyond. Those with clinical licenses in multiple states are encouraged to apply. MySpectrum offers outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults, focusing on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum. We serve a diverse client base and welcome therapists who are creative, relationship‑driven, and can engage clients virtually. Some of the aspects of private practice we manage for you include: credentialing with insurance carriers, biweekly billing, a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform that integrates with an electronic health record, marketing, and scheduling. Job Summary The Teletherapist will provide therapy through a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform in 45‑60 minute sessions. Average full‑time caseload is approximately 30 client sessions per week, with part‑time opportunities available for those offering at least 7 sessions per week. Responsibilities and Duties Provide therapy virtually in standard 45‑60 minute blocks. Complete assessments. Develop treatment plans. Maintain progress notes. Offer input on best strategies, techniques, and services to help clients. Be an integral part of the MySpectrum team. Qualifications & Skills Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels; those with licenses in multiple states are encouraged. Experience working with diverse populations. Desire to contribute to a growing company and share insights on client needs. Commitment and drive to grow your caseload. High‑speed internet access.
