Compliance Manager │ Aviation Finance │ Los Angeles We are working on a Compliance Manager opportunity within a growing aviation finance platform. This is a key hire within a regulated environment, offering strong exposure to senior stakeholders and involvement in shaping the compliance framework across the business. Responsibilities Support the development and enhancement of the firm’s compliance framework Assist with regulatory approvals and ongoing adherence to applicable requirements Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures Monitor and interpret regulatory developments, including US RIA requirements Conduct internal compliance reviews and audits, identifying areas for improvement Provide compliance guidance and training across the business Partner with senior stakeholders to embed a strong compliance culture Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management Requirements 5+ years’ experience in a compliance role within a regulated financial services environment Experience working within a regulated entity is essential Exposure to US RIA regulations would be highly advantageous Background within aviation finance, aircraft leasing, asset management, private equity, or a fund environment Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and ability to interpret legislative requirements Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders The Opportunity Highly visible role within a regulated aviation platform Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making Opportunity to contribute to the development of a growing compliance function Collaborative and commercially focused environment #J-18808-Ljbffr GKR Search and Selection
