Registered Nurse - Full-time

Clinic Registered NurseReports to the Clinics Administrator and Clinic Supervisor. The purpose of this position is to provide general nursing care and leadership; working collaboratively with physicians and multi-disciplinary team members in maintaining standards for professional nurse practice in a clinic setting. The RN will promote and restore patient's health as they prescribe, provide, delegate, evaluate and coordinates comprehensive professional nursing care through the use of the nursing process for patients of all ages, gender, cultures, and background; provide physical and psycho-social support to patients, friends and families.Full Time, M-F, 7:30-4PPerformance StandardsDemonstrates and supports service excellence according to BMC Employees Expectation of excellence 100% of the timeDemonstrates ability to consistently meet Clinic Nurse Manager/Supervisor request, committee responsibilities and performance improvement data collection as outlined by supervisor 95% of the time.Demonstrates commitment to professional growth and competence.
