We're looking for a personable and driven Leasing Specialist to support the lease-up of Westside Commons, a 56-unit Low Income Housing Tax Credit community in Wausau, WI. In this role, you'll help prospective residents navigate the leasing process while creating a positive and welcoming experience.**What You'll Do:*** Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service.* Conduct community tours and guide prospects through the leasing and application process.* Prepare leases, applications, and resident documentation in accordance with LIHTC housing requirements.* Complete follow-up communication with prospects and support resident retention efforts.* Provide administrative support including filing, record maintenance, and service request coordination.* Assist with compliance interviews and coordinate documentation with the Compliance team.* Support outreach marketing, resident communications, and move-in/move-out processes.**What You'll Bring:*** Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience required.* LIHTC experience is a plus!* Experience with RealPage / OneSite property management software preferred.* Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.* Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc) preferred.* Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate records and filing systems.* High School Diploma or equivalent required.**Compensation and Benefits:*** Competitive hourly pay between $18 to $24/hour based on experience.* Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.* 401(k) with a 6% company match to help you plan for the future.* 18 days of paid time off plus 11.5 paid holidays each year.* Paid parental leave and lifestyle spending accounts.* Opportunities for training, certifications, and career growth within a nationally recognized real estate development and property management company.If you're ready to make an impact while growing your career in affordable housing, we'd love to hear from you - apply today to join the team in Wausau!Gorman & Company is an Equal Employment Affirmative Action Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
