We serve approximately 25 students in our residential recovery program and want to host some major events each year to include our annual gala with over 200 attendees . This role plays a key part in helping share the story of what God is doing through this ministry. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Be part of a faith-based organization focused on real, lasting transformation. Use your skills to support both students and community outreach . Possible staff housing / staff living available . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, coordinate, and execute major events throughout the year Support marketing and communication efforts tied to programs, events, and outreach Maintain strong organization and follow-through across multiple projects and timelines Work closely with leadership and staff in a team-oriented setting Requirements WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Strong organizational skills (essential and used daily) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ministry-minded and mission-driven …this is more than a job Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated Comfortable working with people from all walks of life This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, values people, and wants their work to make an eternal impact .
