Mandarin Speaking Marketing Coordinator

The role focuses on building, developing and furthering Crimson Education's market presence in the US. Responsibilities Collaborate with US Chinese and English marketing teams to build and strengthen Crimson Education's market presence in the US. Plan and execute online and in‑person marketing events and campaigns to generate high‑quality leads and sustain a healthy sales pipeline. Manage and implement cross‑platform assets and campaigns across channels including events, PR, WeChat, Facebook, content, email, SEO, and more. Monitor leads and enrollments across all marketing channels, providing weekly/monthly reporting and analysis of customer behavior and user experience. Support the coordination of outreach tactics such as expos, seminars, webinars, school talks, and related event logistics. Qualifications & Experience Native or proficient in Mandarin. Proficient in English (spoken and written). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Professionalism, time and stress management, confidence, positive attitude, patience, empathy, willingness to learn and go the extra mile. Experience with Chinese marketing platforms and channels. Experience in graphic design, copywriting, and video editing (required). Experience in Xiaohongshu (RED) marketing campaigns (a plus). Experience in the education sector (high‑school or higher‑education space, preferred but not mandatory).
