Responsible for increasing awareness, adoption, and customer satisfaction for targeted HVAC energy‑efficient technologies. Works closely with Program Managers to create and execute outreach strategies, recruit HVAC Trade Allies, build a project pipeline, and drive program participation. Key Responsibilities Recruit, educate, and develop relationships with contractors and other Trade Allies to promote program marketing. Develop outreach tactics to assist in recruiting customers and trade allies. Understand the business customer base and create outreach strategies for residential, multifamily, commercial, and industrial customers. Build and manage sales funnels and pipelines focused on conversion rates and progress through the sales process. Track and adjust outreach strategies to meet outreach and program targets, responding to program changes and effectiveness data. Establish relationships with stakeholders in the energy‑efficiency landscape, including contractors, channel partners, associations, multi‑site accounts, and procurement groups. Implement new tools and processes to improve the outreach function and stay informed on emerging energy‑efficiency technologies. Plan, coordinate, and present events and programs; collaborate with other energy‑efficiency programs to advance projects and follow up on leads. Lead market research, accumulating data on businesses and identifying key allies to target. Build a database of registered HVAC Trade Allies for the specified programs. Identify improvement barriers and report information to the Program Manager. Ensure continuous operational improvement and prepare robust weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports tracking progress toward program goals. Qualifications Bilingual, English/Spanish speaking (required). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 2–4 years of relevant industry experience, such as working with contractors and/or sales. Experience with Salesforce CRM and other outreach tools. Proficiency with Excel. TDLR certification preferred. Compliance with DOT qualification requirements and applicable transportation regulations, if applicable. Target compensation: $60,000 to $65,000. Compensation range: $52,000 to $74,400 (USD). Location & Travel Based in the Rio Grande Valley, within a 2‑hour drive of the McAllen area. Regular travel to Corpus Christi and Laredo areas will be required.
