WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems.

• Perform water heater repairs, installations, and replacements.

• Identify and resolve plumbing issues involving piping, fixtures, leaks, drains, and other residential plumbing components.

• Thoroughly evaluate customers' plumbing systems and provide professional recommendations.

• Clearly explain findings, repair options, and replacement solutions to homeowners.

• Educate customers and help them make informed decisions about their homes.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

• Follow company procedures, service standards, and customer communication expectations.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call.

Willingness & Ability to Learn

Must be coachable, receptive to constructive feedback, and eager to improve. We invest in training and expect our technicians to actively participate, apply what they learn, and continuously develop their technical and communication skills.

Strong Technical Knowledge

Must have proven residential plumbing experience, strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities, and an understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and industry best practices.

Solution-Oriented Mindset

Must be comfortable identifying customer needs, presenting multiple repair or replacement options, and helping homeowners choose the best solution for their situation.

Accountability & Strong Work Ethic

Must be reliable, punctual, organized, self-motivated, and committed to following company processes and maintaining high standards.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a residential service plumber or plumbing technician.

• Strong diagnostic, repair, and troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and applicable plumbing codes.

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.

• Willingness to follow company procedures, training programs, and performance expectations.

• Professional appearance and adherence to company dress code.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
