Personal Lines Account Manager

Our current team is looking to add a licensed Personal Lines Account Manager. This person will work to retain personal lines clients by providing positive customer experiences. He/she will promptly respond to customer inquiries regarding their policy and account-related questions. Job Duties Manage communication between clients and carriers Assist producers with quotes Process all applications, policies and endorsements for clients, reviewing for accuracy Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken Process agency bill renewals and client invoices Cross-sell/up-sell products to existing customers Remain current and knowledgeable on every aspect of supported product Advise clients on their risk profile Conduct policy reviews and recommend and adjust coverages as needed Perform other duties as assigned Your Qualifications At least five years of experience working in personal lines Property and Casualty license Strong familiarity with AMS360 Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Well organized and detail oriented Customer focused Possesses technical skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client risks and coverage gaps We Offer Competitive salary Hybrid work schedule Employer sponsored health care 401k matching Free Parking Paid Vacation Paid Sick Leave Fun working environment, birthday and holiday celebrations #J-18808-Ljbffr The James Allen Companies Inc
