Analyst IT

Job Title Analyst IT Responsibilities Provide standard and local hardware support for workstations, laptops, tablets, printers, servers, VMware, terminal servers and networking. Provide standard and local software support for VMware, Windows OS, MS Office, Lotus Notes and McAfee. Maintain site dashboards for computers, printers, servers, networking equipment, IT tickets and vulnerabilities. Manage active directory for file shares and SQL database backup, migration and recovery. Respond to after‑hours support calls to maximize site resource uptime. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and at least 5 years of IT experience in manufacturing, private, public, government or military environments. High school diploma/GED and at least 8 years of IT experience in comparable environments. Additional qualifications that could help: Experience integrating process control equipment in a lab or manufacturing environment. Experience with HP servers, Cisco switches, firewalls hardware and software. Excellent interpersonal, written and teamwork skills. Experience configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft PCs. Experience with Cisco networking and security protocols. Work Location Nevada, MO (on‑site, 5 days per week) Travel May include up to 15% domestic/international travel.
