Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting opportunity awaits occupational therapy professionals eager to work in a dynamic school setting supporting preschool through 5th-grade students. This role is ideal for candidates seeking either a full-time commitment or a job share, as the weekly schedule is fully flexible—fill the full 40 hours per week over five days, or partner with another OT splitting between three days/week at one site (serving approximately 25 students) and two days/week at another (serving approximately 15 students). The caseload totals around 40 students.

Your expertise will be valued from early August through mid-December. You’ll join a collaborative environment, working alongside education and therapy professionals dedicated to helping children achieve their full potential.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current OT license required
• School-based OT experience highly preferred
• Strong understanding of OT service delivery in educational settings
• Familiarity with IEP process and compliance
• Comfort working with preschool through 5th-grade populations
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students in a school-based environment
• Participate as an active member of IEP teams, contributing professional insights
• Conduct OT assessments and re-evaluations as needed
• Document progress and write reports aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to maximize student outcomes
