Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an impactful role supporting K-8 students as an Occupational Therapist in a dynamic educational environment. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work onsite across two school locations, providing valuable services to a diverse caseload while collaborating with dedicated staff and making a real difference throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and current state licensure in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience working with school-based OT programs or similar pediatric settings.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 38+ students, plus provide consultative services as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, teachers, and families.
• Flexibility in adapting to unique student needs and scheduling adjustments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-8 students, developing and implementing individualized plans.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff across two sites.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation for all interventions and communications.
• Conduct consultations and provide guidance for staff and families on student needs.
• Evaluate and adjust strategies to best support student progress throughout the school year.

Schedule and Work Details:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
• The assignment runs from August 5, 2026, through June 2, 2027.
• Please note: Interviews will begin in mid-July upon the director’s return.
