Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make an impact supporting K-8 students by providing school-based Occupational Therapy services for the upcoming academic year! This contract opportunity offers a dynamic role within a collaborative educational environment, working across two sites with a diverse caseload and the chance to enrich student growth and independence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current and active California Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and related service providers
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to cultivating an inclusive, supportive atmosphere for diverse learners

Role Highlights:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week with a daily 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Serve K-8 students at two nearby school sites
• Manage a caseload of 38+ students, plus provide consultative services
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to implement IEP goals and track student progress
• Deliver OT services individually and in small groups
• Collaborate in team meetings and contribute to student support plans
• Ensure timely, thorough documentation in accordance with school guidelines
