Location: Anchorage, AK

Onsite Flexibility: Onsite

• Position Type: Contract (Travel/Allied)
• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Pay Rate: $76.00 $80.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 4x10 Days, 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks; traveler may be called off for 1 ten-hour shift per 2-week period
• On-Call: On-call for EP only from 6:00 8:00 PM if the clinician has left for the day; otherwise, the clinician remains as the late team until cases are finished. Late stays are rare, and call-backs after leaving are extremely uncommon.
• Weekend Requirements: Some Saturdays are required as part of the regular 4-shift weekly schedule not as an extra shift
• Float Policy: If needed, may float to like units within scope to meet facility needs
• Block Schedule: Open to accommodating block schedule
• Locals Policy: Local candidates not accepted candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
• RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer; all RTO must be included in the submittal
• Travel Requirements: Not required (on-site assignment)
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

This is a 13- or 26-week travel allied health contract for an experienced Electrophysiology / Radiology / Cardiology Technologist at an acute hospital facility in Anchorage, AK. The unit supports a broad and highly specialized scope including diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, structural heart procedures, interventional radiology, neurointervention, and CRM device implants. First-time travelers are accepted for this assignment.

Cardiac / Electrophysiology

• Diagnostic Cardiac Catheterization
• Interventional Cardiac Catheterization
• STEMI procedures
• Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP)
• Impella support
• Tandem Heart support
• Structural Heart procedures including PFO closure, TAVR, and Mitral Clip

Interventional Radiology

• Lines and Drains
• Embolizations
• Lower and upper extremity interventions
• Fistula procedures
• Visceral Angiography and intervention
• Stroke Thrombectomy

Additional Procedural Areas

• Neurointervention
• CRM Device Implants

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Radiology / Cardiology / Electrophysiology
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• Proficiency across the unit's core procedural scope (per unit description)

• Chronic Total Occlusion (CTO) experience
• Peripheral interventions
• Venous Access
• Rhythm Interpretation
• Philips X-Ray System
• Variety of Atherectomy Devices
• Variety of Thrombectomy Devices
• Temporary LVAD support
• McKesson (Cath Lab)
• MacLab / Cardio Lab (EP)

• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Radiology / Cardiology / Electrophysiology
