Staff Accountant

LibertyPersonnel is working with a growing real estate property management client adding a Staff Accountant to their team. Summary Responsible for reconciliation of bank statements and cash receipts; analysis of the general and prepare reports for senior management. Responsibilities Prepare financialstatements/reporting packagesfor assigned property portfolio PreparejournalentriesandmaintaintheGL accounts Reconcile bankstatementstothegeneralledger Preparebankdepositsand monitorcashbalances Assistwithpreparationofannualoperatingbudgets Manage invoicing process including reconcile POs with receipts, reconcile invoices & post invoices for payment Record journal entries and reconcile sub-ledgers to the GL Perform the monthly closing Assist with audits by providing documentation and explanations of financial records provide financial insights and support strategic planning Assist in the preparation of budgets Experience BS in Accounting is preferred but not required A/R, A/P, G/L experience is preferred Accounting software skills, Yardi is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
