Branch Executive Director

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Branch Executive Director stewards the Y's cause, promoting and protecting the brand and reputation as a global, inclusive organization within the community. The Branch Executive Director oversees the operation of the Y and participates in volunteer and staff development, financial development, and collaboration with community stakeholders. The Branch Executive Director of the Rahway Branch YMCA is a high-profile leadership role responsible for the branch's strategic direction, operational success, and financial sustainability. We are seeking a dynamic and mission-driven leader to lead and expand high-quality programs that serve diverse community needs. This individual will oversee program development, staff leadership and development, and community engagement, ensuring alignment with YMCA values and strategic goals.
