Strategic Customer Success Consultant

Cengage Group seeks a Customer Success Consultant to serve as a strategic partner for customers nationwide, driving adoption of Cengage technology and delivering long-term value. You will manage relationships, renewals, and success plans across the customer lifecycle. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales or customer success, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and familiarity with Higher Education and LMS ecosystems.
