About Our Agency
We're excited to be approaching our 10-year anniversary this December! Our close-knit team is made up of 5 full-time and 1 part-time team members, and we treat each other like family. With a strong team spirit, we work toward shared goals while keeping things light and funmixing professionalism with plenty of camaraderie along the way. Role Description
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Beau Burton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
