Salesforce Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories. Document workflows, process maps, and system requirements. Support solution design and validate implementation against requirements. Assist in prioritization, backlog management, and user acceptance testing activities. Ensure requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Support documentation of deliverables and system features. Required Skills Strong experience in business analysis within Salesforce environments.
