Rent Arrears & Public Benefits Specialist
SUS Inc
S:US is seeking a Rent Collection Specialist to manage a large portfolio of tenant accounts, focus on past due balances, and coordinate with Legal, Finance and Program teams. You will assist tenants with HRA-Public Assistance and rental resources, guiding them through entitlement processes.
This role requires strong communication, strict record-keeping, and willingness to travel to site locations within the five boroughs, with an emphasis on timely resolution of arrears and accurate
